FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFETY

We have received independent third party accreditation from SALSA the national external auditing authority for businesses. This assures customers of the high standard of hygiene in our kitchens, standards are replicated throughout every step of the sushi making process. The management and purchasing systems are closely scrutinised. All our suppliers all  have BRC or equivalent accreditation. The companies HACCP plan (hazard analysis critical control points) ensures that the sushi is closely monitored from purchase of ingredients to the preparation and to delivery to customer.
